MENU OF OUTCOMES AND INDICATORS

What is the menu of outcomes and indicators?
The menu of outcomes and indicators is a listing of potential items for programs to use in creating their logic model. The menu can be accessed here in a list format or by making choices in the Logic Model Builder.

How do I access the menu?
The menu of outcomes and indicators is organized 2 ways.  The list on the left has them grouped according to 5 commonly referred to domains. The list on the right has the same sets of outcomes and indicators grouped by protective factors. Clicking on the links below will bring up the outcomes and indicators in a printable list format for you to review.

Domains Protective Factors

This is not an all-inclusive list and many of the outcomes appropriately fit into more than 1 domain or protective factor. If you are unable to locate a particular outcome you are looking for, you may want to look in a different domain or protective factor. You can also search for outcomes by domain, sub-domain and key words in the Logic Model Builder.

Keep in mind that if you choose to use any of the suggested outcomes and indicators, you will most likely want to edit and adapt them to reflect your programs’ services. The menu of outcomes and indicators is not considered an exhaustive list and should be used by programs as a guide in designing their own logic model.
